Each post should include a minimum of 500 words, a minimum of 2 peer-reviewed journal references (published within the past 5 years) and information gleaned from federal websites to support your position/perspective Answer: Do you believe the HITECH Act was a good strategy for the US with respect to improving patient safety, quality, population health and cost (The Institute for Healthcare Improvement [IHI] Triple Aim)?   From your readings, discuss your view of informatics.  For example, consider your current workplace.  You likely use an EHR in your work, how do you see the relevance of the IHI Triple Aim (consider specific aspects like infection rates, readmission rates, costs of never events, social determinants of health, etc…).  Support your responses with the content from peer-reviewed journal articles and websites.
