Description
Paper 2: Pick a film from the approved list for Paper 2 (Mystery Films, Science Fiction Films and Fantasy Films) and view it. In your 500 word paper, give me some background on the film (when it was made, Director, Stars, Awards), a synopsis of the plot, and what you liked or did not like about the film. In the last 100 words, specifically describe how this film fits into its genre, based on the characteristics of that genre. If you think the film also has some characteristics of another genre as well, tell me about those aspects of the film and what other genre it fits into. You must get approval in advance to write about any film that is not on the approved list for Paper 2. You MUST cite your sources at the end of the paper! Failure to cite sources will result in an automatic 5 points being deducted from your grade. Paper is due March 7th. Late papers accepted until March 14th. Late papers will incur a 10% penalty.
