7a) After reviewing the reading and video/video notes (less than 3 hours of time), in an essay / opinion format, tell us what you think should be next for media coverage of humanitarian crises. How can various stakeholders, whichever perspective/s you take, work toward engaging publics so that they care about the crisis/es and how can stakeholders best serve local communities inside the crisis/es? You may choose any angle of perspective for this. For example, there are folks in our group from non-journalism backgrounds who may want to take the perspective of a humanitarian aid or human rights organization or even an intergovernmental body, such as the UNHCR or another U.N. organization. Make sure to reflect back upon what you have seen/experienced this semester and consider what the videos and listening post concept is about, which focuses not always on global audiences, yet also those struggling inside a country or region. The essay/discussion post should be between 600 and 700 words
