Identify four traits that you think all managers should have in order to provide ethical leadership. Rank them in terms of their importance. Clearly explain why you think each trait is essential and how each trait would contribute to a positive organizational culture. Please be specific. Feel free to support your arguments with examples of actual ethical business leaders and/or references to the assigned readings. This is a writing assignment. As such it needs to be completed in proper English with correct spelling and grammar, as well as complete sentences and paragraphs. Point form is unacceptable.
