Company Report

Description

Students should include the following sections in their final reports:                                                  Writing over the company Netflix Company Overview: discussion should include information about the company’s mission, products/services sold, size (including number of employees) and location(s), founder(s), and other relevant information Founder’s Influence on Culture: why and how the founder(s) intentionally created the organizational culture that existed during the company’s early days Culture Maintenance and Change: discussion should focus on the recent or current events at the company and indicate specific ways the company’s culture has been maintained or changed (and the reasons for this) Benefits/Costs of Organizational Culture: provide an overview of how the corporate culture has assisted or hurt the company in terms of recruitment, productivity, turnover, lawsuits, press coverage, etc. General Critique: summarize the company’s unique cultural attributes, indicate potential threats the company’s culture faces in the current and immediate future, and provide suggestions for new ways to maintain or change the culture at the company The report should be written in 12 point, Times New Roman font, and in APA format. A minimum of ten (10) professional references must be referenced and cited in the final report. The length of the reports will vary but a guideline is 10 double-spaced pages (8-12 page rage).
