beer tasting

Description

Each student will be responsible to choose a beer for a personal tasting evaluation and assessment to be done on their own time and submitted via Blackboard. The wines chosen are to be different from the beers tasted in class. BUT may (should) be compared to beers tasted in class. The beer evaluation is due before the second evaluation is due before the second exam. The evaluations will be graded based on the rubric available to you on Blackboard. The rubric is available to you with the assignment.
