ASSIGNMENT 6: GRANT REPORT (10%) The evaluation report is a BRIEF narrative of the findings of the research that was conducted for the grant program (pre/post surveys or needs assessment survey), written for the grant program stakeholders, including the funding agency, program staff, library board, trustees, administrators, and any others interested in the findings.  Was the program successful? What do the findings of the research suggest for the program going forward?  What changes might be called for in the program itself and in evaluation methods?  Provide your recommendations based on the data you analyzed. Length: Double spaced, NOT TO EXCEED 500 words. Professional, formal language.  You may include up to two graphs or tables to illustrate key points (not required).  References are not required. Suggested outline for your report: Purpose of the project Evaluation methods Findings/Results Recommendations RUBRIC:  This assignment will be assessed on the depth of analysis, the appropriateness of the recommendations, organization, and quality of writing.
