Discussion: Freedom fighter or terrorist? Professors post on this subject. please read below. This week you have learned about the Irish Republican Army and their goal of an independent Ireland free from British rule. You’ve also read about the tactics they used trying to reach their goals. For this discussion, try and look at it from the perspective of the Irish people at the time. If you were living in Ireland would you have supported the IRA? Were they “terrorists” or “freedom fighters”?  Please answer those questions and explain your reasoning. Your initial post should be at least 2 paragraphs in length (5-7 sentences per paragraph).
