The Homeworkmarketpro.com team is always ready to examine your document if it does not fully meet your specifications. We will review your document three times for free if your change request follows our main conditions:

• Instructions: your review instructions should not conflict with your initial instructions. If our quality assurance department decides that the client’s initial instructions are met, their request for review will be rejected.
• Submission: You can submit your revision request using the “Revision request” button on your personal account page either before approving the document or within 7 days of approving the order. If your order exceeds 20 pages, we can provide a free revision on request within 14 days of approval.
• Deadline: You can request unlimited free revisions at any time before pressing the “Mark as complete” button. For orders over 20 pages, a free review within 14 days of approval is also possible.
• Number of revisions: We can carry out unlimited revisions absolutely free of charge and only if they meet the conditions listed above. Customers must allow 3 days from the day of the request for the writer to respond and the changes to be complete!

If the instructions in your request do not meet the above requirements, or if you have already used your three free revisions, you must place a new order for editing/proofreading and clearly specify the changes that need to be made in the document.

If for any reason you have pressed the “Mark as complete” button, but still need a revision, you can only request it within 7 days of pressing the button. In this case, you should contact support and request the necessary review. After 7 days, you cannot request a free review. In this case, you can place a new edit/replay command.

Please note that you have 14 days to approve the revised document. The approval period is calculated automatically from the moment the latest version has been downloaded to your personal order page. When the time has elapsed, the paper (or part of the paper) is automatically approved.
