3.Abraham Maslow (1908-1970) – Hierarchy of Needs
4.Frederick Herzberg (1923-2000) – Two Factor Theory
and then comment on their usefulness when applied to the modern workplace.

Introduction: what is motivation and what are the aims of your poster?
Importance of motivation: describe what you think are the most important benefits of having a motivated workforce
Evaluation of motivational theories: explain how the different theories can be used to improve motivation when applied to the modern workplace; comment on how useful you think these theories are; consider the role of leadership in motivating workers; support your arguments with examples; you may wish to use a different section for each theory.
