Week 5 Discussion Theories In Nursing

Research change theories from scholarly literature resources, such as  Kotter’s 8 Step Model for Change and Choose a change theory and correlate the steps of the theory to a change that has occurred in your clinical area. I am a med surf/telemetry nurse with six years of experience in hospital setting.
