The Pinehurst model is a response assessment and decision-making tool for determining nature, point of, and type of engagement to disrupt and deter VTSM collectives and to identify incidences of soft violence as predictors of kinetic violence escalation. This assignment will be assessed based on the completion of a Pinehurst Model and the assessment and analysis of the results of your model. Your write up (analysis) should not be more than 500 words. The Pinehurst Model requires that you fill out the columns on the model spreadsheet with one (1) of three (3) possible answers based on photos (you can choose from the following images uploaded) or videos: – Yes – No – More information needed ** Helpful Tips: ** – You should not need additional resources to fill out your initial spreadsheet. – You might require some additional information for your analysis. – If any additional information makes you question the results of your model, it is worth mentioning why that might be in your analysis. – Refer to the slides “Pinehurst.pptx” in order to complete a robust and complete analysis/assessment. – Refer to the spreadsheet “Pinehurst_demo.xlsx” so it helps you create the spreadsheet. – There is also “Pinehurst_Qustions.docx” attachment, it might help as well. ** Evaluation: ** – A complete Pinehurst model – A clear write up on the implications of the results of the model.
