This skill will require you to calculate drug dosages, be familiar with a drug formulary, and follow the veterinarians pharmacy orders. Upon completion of this skill, you will be familiar with the drug formulary and be competent in confidently calculating drug dosages. Tips for materials required for submission Student examples of drug calculations You must submit 10 patient calculations. You cannot take examples from study guides or textbooks, the calculations need to be from patients you have encountered during your externship. You need to show that you can calculate for both liquid and tablets. This means that all 10 examples should not be of only tablets or liquids. You must include examples of both. Calculating injectables can count as liquid examples. Show all your work!
