I started this research paper, I just need help developing the body of the paper and the ending.  If more time is needed that is okay, it is due Friday 3/19, but I would like to have time to look over it.  You do NOT need to properly cite if too time consuming, I can do that myself at the end.  Please provide any references you use and let me know where you used them in the paper so I can go back and cite.    The document titled “research paper” has what I have already began.  Most of it is okay, just needs some editing towards the end.  Also within that document is an outline of how I need the paper structured. I also provided an outline with great information you can plug in!  Here are the instructions for my paper:  Assignment instructions: You will be responsible for selecting a subject and writing a short research paper. You will first pull together the research related to the topic you have selected (online text, videos and readings), then you will provide a status update on this topic based on recent news (something that has happened within the last two years), and then you will provide your opinions on how you see your topic of choice evolving over the next few years. So, for example, if you select “sexual harassment in the workplace” as your topic, you would pull together content from our text on this topic and add in research from additional sources to provide a full overview of sexual harassment in the workplace. When moving into the current status update portion of your paper on this topic, you might write about the current events around the “Me Too Movement”. Then, you would comment on how you expect the topic of sexual harassment in the workplace to evolve over the next few years- so you might suggest that companies continue to train their employee on sexual harassment policies, what employees should do when they experience sexual harassment at work, etc.   You might consider looking for “hot topics”/current issues being taken up by the Supreme Court / current controversies in the HR field (check SHRM website, for example) when deciding what to write about. Your paper should use APA format and properly citing all sources (including your texts).  Papers should be single spaced, and be 4-5 pages excluding references.  I will be looking for quality sources (such as those noted in the beginning of this syllabus).  Please do NOT use Wikipedia, or similar, as sources.  They are not credible and fact checked sources.
