This assignment will be submitted to Turnitin®. Instructions Assignment #4 Instructions: For Assignment #4, You will be using your Approved Final Project Client. Approved in Assignment #1. You will be designing an entire 3-6 month NASM OPT training program based on your client’s goals, assessment results, and actual or pretend performance-to-date.  You will also include a general periodization plan for the remaining 6-9 months totaling 1 year.  Before completing this Project please review all feedback from assignments 1, 2, & 3. Using all of this information, you will design a cumulative 3-6 month training program utilizing the OPT Model within the three different levels of training- Stabilization, Strength, and Power.   (I understand that many of your clients will not progress to the Power phase of the OPT training Model within 6 months. If this is the case, you will still create a Power level program and will clearly define the timing of its implementation for your client. I am looking for your ability to define the performance requirements to reach the Power level, and the uses of the Power level for your specific client.) Please use the feedback and the previous programs (Assignments 1, 2 & 3) you have developed for yourself, along with those rationales for training protocol choices to develop a more comprehensive 3-6 month training program.  This final project is a detailed 3-6 month training program based on your clients’ goals and performance-to-date, along with a “general” periodization plan for the remaining 6-9 months, totaling 1 year.
