Prompt: Find someone who is from a culture that is different from your own. Reflect on the experience addressing the following aspects in your response (your interviewee is born and has lived outside of the United States within the last 5 years. Provide this detail in your paper): Ask him or her questions to help you gain insight into his or her culture. In your paper discuss at least three facets of this individual’s culture that are different from the United States. Include in your paper how this individual has adapted to his or her stay in the U.S. How much does your interviewee perceive he or she has assimilated to U.S. culture? What ways does the interviewee maintain aspects of his or her identified ethnic group? What ways does he or she choose not to assimilate? For the second part of the paper, read Luke 10:25-37.
