Description
I nee this document edited and the reference style changed to IEEE. The Document had several 2-3 sentence paragraphs which are not acceptable for graduate level work. Therefore those paragraphs will need to be changed and transitions need to flow. It also uses a lot of “it should be noted” statements which are not acceptable. It feels somewhat cut and pasted rather than an original work. Additional references will need to be added as there are only 18 and there need to be at-least 23. Also I would like the new writer to be mindful that historical statement generally need references attached to them
