Description
You are an aide to a Governor who wants to improve a democracy in her state. She asked you to prepare a 7 page double-spaced, well-researched memo that outlines one proposal to restore faith in the democracatic process in your state in the areas of voting, redistricting, direct democracy, parties or campaign finance (note this is does not mean policies like health care, free college, etc). The proposal can address the problem from any perspective, but you must provide a legal and political analysis for your recommendation.
