Abstract: An abstract is a short summary of a longer work (such as a dissertation, essay, or research paper. The abstract concisely reports the aims and outcomes of your research so that readers know exactly what the paper is about. Your methods; 3) (Links to an external site.)Your key results (Links to an external site.) or arguments; 4)Your conclusion and (Links to an external site.)your keywords An abstract is usually around 150–300 words, but there’s often a strict word limit, so make sure to check the requirements of the university or journal. The paper must adhere to the following format: APA style with an abstract for evaluation. Times New Roman 12pt type, double spaced, 1” margins all around, length 8-10 pages (feel free to go longer).
