(in relation to the tech industry, other industries, general population, horizontal/vertical segregation, intersectionality, re-distribution vs. recognition) Are there specific diversity “issues” Google should focus on (based on your analysis in #1)? What initiatives is Google currently using to increase it’s diversity? Will these address the issues you identified above?
