Decision making with Uncertainty

As a manager in the business world, you may have to make decisions under uncertainty or risk. Prior to beginning work on this discussion, read Chapter 17: Making Decisions with Uncertainty in your textbook, as well as Patti Johnson’s article, Avoiding Decision Paralysis in the Face of Uncertainty  (Links to an external site.) . Uncertainty and risk seem to be similar, but they are two different concepts. How is uncertainty different from risk? What methods would you use in making decisions in the face of uncertainty? What potential errors might be there when you make decisions with uncertainty? How can you reduce uncertainty and/or errors? Explain.
