For this assignment, you are to prepare a concept map of the project. Your team is very excited about this opportunity, and everyone wants to do their best work. For starters, you have to do a concept map with at least five spokes to capture at least five major change themes. The team has to show the people in your company how you are going to accomplish this. Your concept map must demonstrate how you are going to promote and sustain change using what you have learned in this course.
