No citation needed just a detailed step by step on how to do something. Pictures can be included.  Create detailed instructions on how to send a text message from your phone.   Give specific instructions, including images, for your own specific model of phone.   Include three scenarios:   how to send a message back to someone who has already sent one to you, how to send a message to a number in your address book, and how to send a message to a new number you have not used before. Remember to keep it simple and direct.   Think of “explain like I’m five.”   Explain in such a way that those who have no familiarity with cell phones could easily follow these instructions.   Make sure your images are clear and consistent in their presentation.
