Connecticut, 381 U.S. 479 (1965) Mandatory Open Universe Cases: Find two additional cases from either the US Supreme Court of a U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that connect the above-listed cases with the argument you make to support you position for the question presented below. Question Presented: The aforementioned cases inter alia state that there is a fundamental right to liberty and privacy as elucidated by the 4th, 5th, 9th, and 14th Amendments.
