Well for intro I should just write thesis which is – although competition can motivate us to get better and make us grow if taken too seriously, it can become really dangerous for our mental and physical health so that would be the intro but I don’t know what to say after that and this has to be 5 paragraphs saying how competition can be harmful and why and tell 2-3 examples and it has to have relevant evidence supporting writers claim and conclusion summarizing the claim and text evidence has to be organized and reasons and text evidence connecting and it has to have argument and counter argument to what extent the competition gets harmful how it leads to bad qualities and stuff
