Telling a Free Story When the teller of the story changes, the story itself changes. An exploration of point of view. What is point of view in terms of literary analysis? “The position or vantage-point from which the events of a story seem to be observed and presented to us.” The Oxford Dictionary of Literary Terms. Read the “Phillipo Beating” excerpt in the learning module. The writer is an English missionary.
