This Case Analysis discusses the issues of the impending negotiation between the CEO of Foxwoods and the governor of Connecticut over lifting the ban on slot machines at Foxwoods are presented. Reviews the gaming business in the United States, the special history of Indian gaming, the Pequot Tribe, the battle over casino gambling in Connecticut, and the early success of Foxwoods. Written submissions must be double-spaced and apply 12-point font. Seventy percent of each assignment grade will be related to the quality of the analysis and 30% to referencing and the quality of writing (i.e., structure, grammar, logical flow).
