PLC Plan

Description

Now that you have learned and written about professional learning communities, it is your turn to create an effective PLC!  In this assignment, you will write about either a PLC you are a part of, a PLC you were a member of in the the past, or a fictional PLC that you create.  Using the template provided, you will create a plan to form or reform a PLC.  In the plan, you will write about the members of your PLC (real or imagined), how you will start the PLC, the types of activities you will plan, and how you will evaluate the PLC effectiveness.  Please use the tools from the textbooks as well as from the previous Moodle modules.  In addition, I have posted several additional resources in the Resources folder for Modules 4 and 5.  You are also welcome to use other resources from the web or from your school or other classes.  Please cite all of your resources using standard APA style on the last page of the plan.
