Presentation and Sketch Notes – When “Special” athletes compete

a) Create 4 sketch notes (this can be done by organizing the information below into a visually appealing format) 1 for each article you read to prepare your presentation – will attach examples of a sketch note and PowerPoint slide formatting. b) Identify the thesis of each article c) Identify the main arguments/theories explored by each author d) Respond critically to each article: a. What stood out as important? b. What was problematic? e) Discuss how each article reinforced or challenged your beliefs f) Make linkages to other course readings -Each additional reading is attached (2) – do not create a sketch note for the additional readings but rather just make brief connections from them – make one connection per each sketch note reading. PowerPoint Presentation: Create a 10 Slide PowerPoint presentation that includes a title page, all 4 sketch notes, 4 discussion questions (one per sketch note reading), and a thank you/reference slide.
