Be specific by thinking how it might affect your chosen business and what steps you could take to minimize problems. Select one question from each of the four areas. Write as an answer what you would consider the likely advice the attorney may recommend to you. This would include discussion of the kinds of steps needed to prevent legal risk in the given area.
