Instructions The topic of this essay is the developmental attention problem Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). In your essay, explain what ADHD is (see p. 181 or use a peer-reviewed academic source). Then, identify an example of someone you know (maybe yourself) who is struggling or has struggled with symptoms of ADHD (use only the person’s first name to protect their identity; see p. 181 for ADHD symptoms or another peer-reviewed source). DO NOT use first person. Describe at least two of their ADHD symptoms, using examples if possible. Last, state the appropriate psychological strategies that they could use to help them overcome each of these symptoms (see p. 182 for general advice on dealing with ADHD or use peer-reviewed web sources such as https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/adult-adhd/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20350883). The general directions for essays stay the same: no more than 1 page in length (but at least 200 words)  with 12pt times new roman or arial font, double-spaced. Follow general APA Style in terms of using conciseness, writing in 3rd person. Make sure you put your citation in APA Style at the end of your document.  Title page is not required.
