For each of these stereotypes: ·      Describe the stereotype. ·      Evaluate its validity (i.e. Is there any basis for the stereotypes?)  ·      Deconstruct these stereotypes by proposing counter arguments to these stereotypes or rewriting the description of these stereotypes.   ·      Describe how these stereotypes can impact people in the workplace.  ·      Discuss how to manage these stereotypes, either positive or negative.     Minimum one paragraph discussion answer for each of the three stereotypes.
