Hi there! I’m doing a workshop where I chose a small business (a barbershop) and identify 4 software solution to help with a problem in this case is the booking system.  I got some notes of what I need to change and I could use some help.  Below ill write the heading and what I need to change. –Statement of Problem: a paragraph is too big and should be shortened down as much as possible without losing critical information.  –requirements: The requirements in bullet points have to go in the appendix and when one of the requirements have been identifying it should link back to the requirements. There is no need for a long paragraph explaining them. they should be headings. when a requirement is found write something like, Requirement has been identified which can be seen or founding appendix 1. –Stakeholders: No need to explain what the terms mean just go straight to the point. so I need to shorten it a bit and make it clearer. (please see the brief for any other info required) –project plan: This part is maybe the most important ones and What I did is wrong. what I need to do it – This will need to show the necessary activities, and their sequence, for procurement and deployment of the system solution.  You will also include an estimate of the number of staff hours to complete each activity on the plan and identify key success factors for team recruitment and formation.  How ill I implement this new software in the business, ho long will each activity required to implement the software take, why did you choose this specific time, a«what is the different activities required to put the software running in a new business, letting customers know….. –software options– I have places both a paragraph and a table. the table is right but the paragraph is just supposed to briefly explain it but I’m basically saying everything twice.  –Prefered software: This part is alright I think  –Immediate and Medium-term Hardware Needs: All the hardware stuff goes in the table no need to write a big paragraph about it. It really is just briefly stating them and then give reasons for your recommendations. Thank you so much for your help!
