Hi there, there a few things i need to change for the work. I have chosen a small business a barbershop and need to find IT solutions for their booking system. My word limit is 3300 without references nor headings. –The Statement of the problem is way too long and I need to compact it. –The requirements in the next section in bullet points do not need to be explained.  They go in the appendix, They go as headings and when one has been identified write “requirement has been identified which can be found in appendix 1^” or something along those lines. —For the Stakeholders, no need to explain what they are, get to the point. (grant chart would be good but if you can’t do it just please write a paragraph explaining the time and activities required to fully implement this software into the business) —Project plan is really wrong and is by far the most important. In this section, I need to explain in detail using a GRANT CHART  how long it will take for this software to be implemented into the business and anything else that may take any time doing for this process and then write a brief paragraph explaining why you chose those days to do something and why those activities took that long and why are you sure this is a good time plan. –for the software option, I basically repeated my self by writing a paragraph and placing a table. The table is important to have there and the paragraph should be briefly introducing it or explaining it. — the preferred software options is ok but if you can make it any better it would be good but not important. — the Immediate and Medium-term Hardware Needs. The hardware stuff goes in the hardware table so I don’t need to write a big paragraph as I did. These are the most important aspects of the work and I am grateful for your help!
