The topic selected is among A Few Rules of Systems Engineering and Project Management ( Note: I have uploaded the ‘Rules’ as a file and you can select any other topic from the Rules if preferred. I only selected one and I don’t have preference over another)

The research question is one of the most important parts of your research project. It’s important to spend some time assessing and refining your question before you get started.

You are to develop an analysis or argument based on the topic in the context of Systems Engineering and Project Management.

As the writer you will need to approach this project from the perspective that you are trying to persuade the reader (me) that your analysis proves that the rule selected is either true or false

You need to determine an appropriate research method, conduct the research, and document it.

You are more likely to succeed by thinking ahead about the nature of the project, thinking about the research, and envisioning how you will substantiate your claims.

The paper must be formatted exactly as defined by the IEEE instructions.

I’m looking for 6 pages, single space and the font needs to be Times Roman 12.

Diagrams, tables and figures must support your analysis. Don’t use the entire page for a table as one example.

Your paper must include references and a brief bio section.

The paper should be formatted as Microsoft Word/Adobe PDF.

This project will allow you to develop an argument based on a premise of your choice, that you will prove based on your systems engineering research. This project will effectively demonstrate your ability as a researcher to think critically about an issue, to develop creative solutions to problems based upon a logical synthesis of the findings, and to formulate a deeper, thoughtful understanding of the research problem under investigation. You should try to highlight the importance of your study and how it supports the understanding of the research problem. You should engage the reader in thinking critically about issues based upon an evidence-based interpretation of findings.
