Analysis of Ethical Dilemmas and Their Legal Implications

For this week, the Reflective Journal will entail writing about current ethical and legal dilemmas in local, national and global news. For example, COVID has given us lots of ethical issues to consider, as well as all of the ethical issues we have discussed in this class each week. You will describing how these situations have personal value to you. The reflection should be honest and open responses.  For this assignment, you will create an analysis of ethical dilemmas & their legal implications by: Identifying a contemporary legal or ethical   issue in the health care environment, Analyzing the impact of the issue on healthcare and nursing practice, and Presenting a personal response to the issue with a rationale for the decision. You will submit your Reflective Journal – Does not have to be APA format – Use single space format.
