Description
The Portfolio Paper covers assigned topics discussed and presented in the course and is due Saturday of Unit 7. The paper will be evaluated using the Assignments and Portfolio Paper rubric (Appendix A). Plagiarism will be checked by Turnitin.com when you submit your paper online. Choose topic of either: (1) Addressing diversity; or (2) Building professional learning communities within the school. Utilize the studies referenced in your text material on the topic you selected. The authors of these studies often publish articles based on their research that can be accessed in the virtual library through the Research Guide. To access this material, go to the Research Guide in the Online Library. Under electronic resources go down the bullets to the journal titles. Click on Journal titles to go to Journal Finder and you can access full copies on line of most of the references you find in your text. These will be helpful to you in writing your paper. Citation material for a topic is found within the text’s discussion of the topic but more importantly they will be listed at the end of the chapter as references. Those periodical references will provide you with excellent material for your paper. Also use your search engine to access articles on your topic. This portfolio paper will be submitted to Canvas at the end of Unit 7 at 11:59 p.m. (CT). Prepare the portfolio paper using the following guidelines: A minimum of eight (8) pages not to exceed 15, typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, using APA standard Title page, including title of paper, your name, course name and course number, date of submission (Page 1) A minimum of eight (8) pages including a summary of your understanding of the biblical implications for the topic.
