Parameters of research (the period of the study: 1492-1521, 1772-1800, or the region of study: southwestern, northeast, etc. U.S., a state, etc.) 3.Thesis statement 4.Questions and issues you want to pursue in the paper 5. Primary and secondary sources Must have: -A primary source -2 scholarly books -A Scholarly journal articles from an academic source including but not limited to history, economic, and social science journals. A peer-reviewed article from “the economist,” “National Geographic”, “Popular Mechanics”, and “The Atlantic” will be accepted.
