“Analyze the status under federal and New York State law of the enforceability of an employer prohibition against any use of marihuana including for medical purposes and testing for marijuana”

The instructions are a little difficult to understand but basically my professor is looking for 13-15 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman Font size 12 about the status under federal and NYS law of whether an employer can enforce prohibiting marijuana in the workplace (include medical purposes and testing). Citations should look similar to this example: (Oncale v. Sundowner Offshore Servcies, Inc., 523 U.S. 75 (1998)). I would try to use as many sources of cases as possible!
