Description

Definition and Scenario:    What does a background check entail (or what is normally involved in a background check process)? Why are background checks important to the successful operation of a company and management of employees? Can you  provide a real world example of a background check process by 1 or more companies? Do you think it should be required that IT professionals be background searched before having access to sensitive data? Why or why not? Real World Example: Can you provide any real-world example of Background Checks? Can you provide a company policy dealing with Background Checks?.
