Description
Write a one page of what you have learned this week. My works over this week: My Thesis Statement: Marketing to the poor might have many challenges because of lack of income and other associated factors, but the integrative justice model can be used to marketing to the poor. Therefore, there is a need to understand how to deal with the challenges and offer some long lasting solutions to the challenges. Positive and Negative Effects of Appreciation: According to Paul Polak (2011), at least 37% of the world live below the poverty lines and can therefore not afford the expensive products being marketed. Therefore, it is clear that there are as many poor people as there are rich people. If marketing to poor people is appreciated and taken into consideration, there are several opportunities that are in for businesses as well as poor individuals. Marketing to poor people can improve productivity within organizations. Companies will have to come up with subsidized products that can be afforded. Subsidized products, in that case, will ensure that poor people will ably afford these products. The benefits being received won’t be as lucrative as making sales middle and high-class customers, but the overall revenue will increase. At least 50 million extremely poor individuals come out of poverty when helped. Therefore, this topic is underappreciated; the chances that these poor people will join a specific marketed brand will be minimal. If advertising had been done while they were in poverty, they would likely stick to the brand they were used to. Reasons and Evidence: Polka claims that the easiest way in which millions of poor people can be helped is through the laws of economics. This means that the poor should be given an opportunity to have equal participation in the scales of marketing. When particular products are marketed, and the costs are reduced to suit the poor market, it will take a while to make a comeback on the fixed costs present in coming up with the product. However, with the increase in the number of poor people making purchases on their products, these organizations are most likely to make major margins in profits. They are also likely to retain their customers once they move out of their poor state to either middle of high class. What does “proper appreciation” of your topic look like? Looking at the essay on marketing to disadvantaged customers, there are many things to appreciate within this essay, which should help the audience and the readers. Within the article has helped people get to know some of how one should get to market some commodities to the poor customers (Sun,2018). There usually are problems when one is bringing to market goods to poor customers. Therefore, this essay has played an essential role in helping the audience know how to market goods to poor customers. This essay has helped appreciate the poor people and help in considering marketing interests to the poor. Therefore, the audience should aspire to do marketing to even poor people. The audience should aspire to improve the organization’s productivity by embracing market goods to poor people. Who has the ability to appreciate this topic? And how do you know? There are many people who have the potential to appreciate this topic, which shows how to market to poor customers, and one of the audiences are the organizations (Payne,2017). When the organization manages to market their services to poor customers, they will have a chance to increase their productivity. The organization can get to appreciate this topic, and this can be realized by the fact that through this topic, they can be in a position where they can increase their productivity. Call to Action: Some of the aspects of this essay show underappreciation of the fundamental research. One of the elements that show this is that the focus is on some of the organization’s benefits. The study does not focus on the fact that the revenue that the organization will increase. The research is not appreciated enough since the study focused on making sure that embracing even poor people to the market, but the organizations did not enjoy the research. *Check the files also.
