Osteoporosis handout

Description

Create one graphic patient education handouts on each of your assigned topics.  The first of these is due on October 2, the second is due on November 20.  Each handout can be up to two pages and should include images that depict the anatomy and physiology affected and provide information about the etiology, epidemiology, and pathophysiology of the disease or condition.  You should also provide some basic Medical Nutrition Therapy for the patient to follow.  You will need to provide references for the resources you use. Diseases/conditions will be assigned by Professor Vollrath on Blackboard.  Although you may include images from websites (that you properly attribute to their authors/artists in your references), the presentation of your material must be original content. You may not copy wording or designs from another source.  Your final handout must be of original design and in your own words. Submission: Us the Turnitin link on Blackboard to submit your assignment.
