Sociology of Sports Paper: P.s: based on the topic, connect it to health. I will upload class readings. For this paper, the topic is Lance Armstrong. You will be connecting the material we have covered in class, both lecture and readings, to the above-assigned topic that you will research. The paper should be two pages long (not including a list of references). The paper should have a clear structure, including an introduction, arguments, evidence, and a conclusion (please label which paragraph is which). You should use a thesis statement to explain to the reader what the main claim is that you will be proving in the paper. The most important element of the paper is to demonstrate that you understand and can use the sociological ideas that we have learned in class.  At the end of the introduction, you need to state your thesis you will focus on. each paragraph must have sociology in it. with your research also use two or three readings we used in class. For the research you do, cite your sources (minimum is 4 sources). It is alright to begin with sources like Wikipedia, but you should make sure to read/cite the primary source that Wikipedia is relying on for its information. In addition, it is fine to use videos, podcasts, or other media, but you need to cite it sufficiently so that the reader can find the source that you are referencing.
