What I would like for you to do is to examine each CPE Outcome 101.1, 102.1, etc. and write down what the particular outcome is seeking to answer. For instance, 101.1 says, “Identify concepts in ones’ self that influence one’s pastoral care. As you think about what those concepts are that influence your pastoral care, please write them down. Once you have answered all ten, use the evaluation check list and determine your point value whether “unsatisfactory, beginning, developing, competent or exemplary.
