Learning Guide Unit 2 Discussion Assignment In the study of human behaviors, organizational leaders must understand concepts such as values, attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors of people. The objective is to align their thoughts, emotions, and competencies with organizational success. We often ask why people do things the way they do or behave in a certain way.
