Go to Advanced Search and type in one of the personality disorders listed in Table 12.1 on page 441 of your textbook, and include the word “treatment” (ex: paranoid personality disorder treatment). In the Select a Field section, select SU Subjects, click on Full Text on the left, and then click Search. From your results, select one to two articles that interest you, and then select two more personality disorders, one from each cluster, and do the same type of search, for a total of three personality disorders, one from each cluster. In your own words, summarize the authors findings on the treatment for the personality disorder (find in the Discussion Section)– what was the hypothesis or research question for the research, what type(s) of treatment did they use, how was the research conducted (be brief – one to two sentences in this section), what were the results, and what does the author suggest for further study. In your conclusion, discuss which treatment option appears to be the most promising?
