Students need to submit an individual essay of 2500 words (+/-10% variation is allowed) All students have the same general essay topic: Refer to an international organization  that you are familiar with (see suggestions organisation in the Word file). In drawing upon theories and practical examples, critically discuss the main challenges impacting on the management team in international organisations and strategies used to cope with these challenges. Based on this general topic, students need to write an essay by focusing on a specific topic. The key guideline is to have a deep focus and provide in-depth analysis instead of focusing on many things but providing very superficial understanding of all things you try to cover. If you need to focus on two or more topics, make sure that those topics are well-linked into a general topic. In order to help you understand more about your chosen topics, a minimum of 20 references should be cited for the essay. Please number the references so that the number of references can be clearly seen.
