Feasibility analysis paper on a product

I need 6 pages on micro and macro market analysis on the product our group came up with I have the guidelines and a in depth description on the product I can provide This will involve working together in assigned teams to formulate an original idea for a new venture and evaluating the feasibility of that idea using the Mullins (2018) seven-domain framework. Each team will be required to base their idea on a meaningful product that they have identified within a domain of interest. The outcomes of this project will include a written report (approximately 9 pages, and a rubric provided on TCU Online) and presentation. The product: A portable yoga mat with built-in grooves that will allow the user to slide on attachments such as balls, pointed foam cones, and wedges. (all coming in different sizes, similar to Theragun attachments). The product will come with a comprehensible app that shows users how to target specific muscles through the use of videos. (Ie what attachment to use, for how long, and where to place them) The product is very similar to ones currently on the market like the Theragun mentioned previously, however, being that the attachments go onto a yoga mat it allows for the user to put more pressure on an area through the use of one’s own body weight. This product would be good for athletes of amateur level or even professionals who are constantly on the go and don’t always have the time to meet with a physical therapist. The item has a competitive advantage in areas of the price being that it could be produced very easily and doesn’t cost much, an area where its the opposite for competition
