Please follow instructions Use the rubric when piecing paper together.  In this assignment you will use trade publications.  As you read in the text, it often takes years from start of research to publication.  However, a trend may not last that long.  A trend oftentimes is a short-lived topic of interest.  For that reason, you will be using trade publications to research your chosen trend in hospitality.  After you conduct the literature review, you will write a paper on your findings.  In this paper, my expectation is that you will use all of the components of APA style.  Therefore, this paper should have a running head, title page, abstract, paragraph headings, conclusion, and references in both text and a reference page at the end.
