II. Four Body Paragraphs • (1) Initiation Phase; (2) Planning Phase; (3) Execution Phase; and (4) Closure Phase: • Content: For each of the four body paragraphs describe in detail one key area of strength and one key area for improvement in the real-world management of that particular phase. These areas should directly relate to what has been learned in class (project management). • Required Research: The case study provided should be helpful in initiating your research; however, it will not suffice as your only source – need reputable sources to supplement it. • Project management  Terms: Groups are expected to properly incorporate project management terminology. • Critical Analysis: Do not restate what a source has identified as a key area of strength or key area of weakness. Groups must critically assess what has been said (and hasn’t been said) in order to identify strength/weakness and then logically explain reasoning of areas. • Length: One paragraph per phase (Approximately ¾ page per paragraph; equal content). You are only focused on the closure phase and I will upload the entire case study. You are only focused on the close out phase of the Guri dam project so  you need to focus on a critical strength and weakness do not state something that was clearly mentioned. Please use critical thinking and concise  project manager terms. No out side sources are necessary! Please use project management terms and critical thinking! One paragraph per strength and weakness.
